I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the Cold Brew Championship at the Producers Roasters Forum in Colombia. While I didn’t come away with the win, I couldn’t be prouder of the journey and the chance to showcase True Coldbrew on such a global stage. The experience of standing alongside so many talented brewers and learning from the best in the industry was invaluable.
Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this adventure, and a special shoutout to the Toddy team for hosting such an amazing competition. I’m grateful for every moment, and this is just the beginning for True Coldbrew. There’s so much more to come!
