The house Blend. 50%Finca Catalan 50%  Finca Palmichal {Fully washed}

This blend produces an amazingly sweet, rounded and full bodied espresso. As a stand a lone espresso it has notes of caramel, milk chocolate and citric acidity.

These notes also make it perfect for a milk drink bar, leaving a rich, smooth and sweet coffee.
