Last Saturday, the Roastery came alive. Friends, customers, and coffee lovers joined us to celebrate what we’ve built together and to share in something bigger than just coffee.
The event was our way of opening the doors to what goes on behind the scenes at Silverskin Coffee Roasters. It was about the craft, the people, and the energy that keep us moving. The space was buzzing from start to finish with great coffee, laughter, and conversation filling the air.

It was a day made possible by genuine collaboration. We were proud to work alongside our partners who helped bring everything to life: Dingle Distillery, Marco, La Marzocco, and WC O’Brien. Their support helped the day run smoothly and added real character to the experience.

A huge thanks to Beardy Dave for speaking at the event, representing Dingle, and running the Silver Skin and Dingle collaboration bar. Thanks also to La Marzocco for their continued support and the inspiration that came after visiting Out of the Box, and for supplying the white Linea Mini and Pico grinder for the Piaggio “coffee ambulance “Ambulanza Dell’ Espresso”. Thanks to Marco for their support on the Superbar and to WC O’Brien for their help with the branding and layout of the event.

Hosting this event at the Roastery mattered to us. It gave us the opportunity to officially launch our cold brew and unveil both the Marco Superbar and the Piaggio coffee ambulance.

A special word of thanks to Adrian, Eóin, and Stephen for helping put everything together and for all the work that went into getting the Roastery ready. Seeing everyone here tasting, talking, and connecting reminded us why we do what we do.

To everyone who joined us, thank you. Your presence, support, and energy turned the Roastery into something unforgettable. To those who couldn’t make it, we’ll see you soon. This was one milestone in a much bigger journey, and we’re only just getting started.
