Join us at Silverskin Coffee Roasters for the Cold Brew Championship, a two-day event celebrating coffee craftsmanship, creativity, and competition at our Dublin roastery. Competitors will create and serve their cold brew, craft specialty drinks, and compete for a Marco Pour’d and Cold Brew system worth over €4,000.

Event Highlights:
- Friday: Competitors prepare their cold brew using our grinders, water, and brewing equipment. All brews are stored overnight in our fridge.
- Saturday: Competitors serve their cold brew to judges and create a specialty drink. Spectators can enjoy coffee, cold brew, filter coffee, espresso, cascara, and cocktails.
- Marco Super Bar & Live Demos: Watch our pour’d and cold brew systems in action.
- Coffee Cocktails & Project Egg Launch: Try espresso martinis and new coffee creations in collaboration with Dingle Distillery.
- Giveaways: Silverskin merchandise, coffee, La Marzocco items, and select drinks.
- Prize: The winning competitor takes home a Marco Pour’d and Cold Brew system valued over €4,000.
