The Salaverria family offer stunning speciality coffees from the Apaneca Ilamatepec region so when we got the opportunity to partner with them and develop an experimental bespoke lot we jumped at the chance.

From the famed Las Margaritas farm La Esperanza.
Not surprisingly a really clean coffee, it has medium body.
Notes of cocoa nibs, marshmallows & honey. This is a really sweet & chocolatey coffee with cherry and bright apricot flavours, there is a lasting caramel finish.
